2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, Canada.
International Shipping: At this time, we do offer international shipping
Carriers: We primarily ship via major freight carriers specialized in large items (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or RL Carriers) due to the size and weight of e-bikes. Smaller accessories may ship via standard parcel services (e.g., USPS, UPS Ground).
