At eBikePlugs, we stand behind the quality of every e-bike we sell. We are confident you’ll love your new ride. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. This policy outlines the steps for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process if you’re not completely satisfied.
1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We want you to be sure. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your e-bike for any reason, you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The e-bike must be purchased directly from eBikePlugs.com.

The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

The e-bike must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

It must be assembled and then repackaged with care to prevent damage during return shipping.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Contact Us: Within the 30-day window, email our support team at support@ebikeplugs.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship the item back without prior authorization.

Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for packaging and shipment.

Ship the Item: Carefully repack the e-bike in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

Approved Returns: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

Restocking Fee: Returns that are not due to a defect or our error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and devaluing the product as “new.”
4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We are happy to exchange an item for a different model or size, provided it is in stock. The process is the same as a return. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the new shipment.
5. Warranty Claims & Damaged Items
This return policy is for change-of-mind purchases. For items that arrive damaged or become defective, please refer to our separate Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Damaged on Arrival: If your e-bike arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to file a claim and get you a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer’s Defect: Our e-bikes come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12-24 months on the frame, motor, and battery). Please see your product documentation for specific warranty details or contact our support team for assistance with a warranty claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Opened hygiene items (e.g., helmets, knee pads).

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
