Ride now, pay over time. Every bike at Ebike Plugs can be reserved with an $800 down payment. You and our team agree on a weekly or monthly schedule for the rest, and there is no interest and no finance charge added to your balance — the price you agree is the price you pay.

How It Works

1. Text us the bike you want. Send the model name to (323) 362-2403 and tell us roughly what you can put down each week or month.
2. We send your plan. Usually the same day. You get the total price, the $800 down payment, your payment amount and the number of payments — in writing, by text.
3. Put $800 down. This reserves that exact bike in your name and comes straight off the purchase price. It is not a fee.
4. Make your payments. Weekly or monthly, whichever you agreed. We text a reminder before each one. Pay ahead or pay it off early at any time, at no extra cost.
5. We ship your bike. Once the balance is cleared, your bike ships out and we send you the tracking number.

What You Need

• To be 18 or older
• A valid shipping address in the United States
• A phone number that can send and receive texts
• The $800 down payment

That is the whole list. There is no credit application and no credit check, so nothing here touches your credit score.

The $800 Down Payment

• It is the same $800 on every bike we sell, whatever the price.
• Every dollar is applied to the purchase price of your bike.
• It holds that specific bike for you so it is not sold to someone else while you pay.
• If your order comes to less than $800, financing does not apply — just check out as normal.

Your Payment Schedule

We build the schedule around what you can actually afford rather than forcing everyone onto the same term. Before you pay anything, you will have the full plan in writing:

• The total price of the bike, including shipping and tax
• The $800 down payment and the balance remaining after it
• Your payment amount and whether it is weekly or monthly
• How many payments there are and the date of the final one

Nothing is added on top. No interest, no finance charge, no administration fee, and no penalty for paying early.

If You Miss a Payment

Life happens, and we would rather hear from you than chase you. Text us before the due date and we will move the payment or lower it. Your bike stays reserved while we sort it out.

If we do not hear from you for 30 days we will reach out by text and email. If there is still no contact after 60 days the reservation is released, and everything you have paid is converted to store credit that does not expire.

Cancelling

• Within 7 days of your down payment: cancel for any reason and we refund everything you have paid, in full, to the method you used.
• After 7 days: we refund everything you have paid minus a $200 restocking charge, or convert the full amount to store credit with nothing deducted.
• After your bike has shipped: our standard Refund and Returns Policy applies.

Shipping and Delivery

Your bike ships once the balance is paid in full, and we send tracking the day it leaves us. If you would rather collect it yourself you are welcome to pick it up from our Anaheim location — just say so when we set up your plan.

Common Questions

Do you check my credit?

No. There is no application and no credit check, and nothing about your plan is reported to a credit bureau.

Can I pay it off early?

Yes, any time, and it costs you nothing extra. Plenty of riders clear the balance early to get on the bike sooner.

Can I change the bike after I have put money down?

Yes. Text us and we will move what you have paid across to the other model and adjust the schedule to the new price.

How do I make the payments?

We send you the payment details along with your plan. Text us if you would prefer a different method and we will work with you.

Is the bike really held for me?

Yes. Once your down payment clears, that bike is marked reserved in your name and will not be sold to anyone else.

Financing is offered directly by Ebike Plugs and is available to US customers only. Your written plan, together with our Terms & Conditions, forms the agreement between us. We may decline to offer a plan at our discretion.
