Shipping & Delivery Information

At eBikePlugs, we know you're excited to get riding. We partner with trusted carriers to get your new e-bike to your door as quickly and safely as possible. This page outlines everything you need to know about order processing, shipping options, delivery, and what to do when your order arrives.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. This includes payment verification, quality control check, and careful packaging of your e-bike for its journey. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

• Note: This processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the  United States, Canada.

• International Shipping: At this time, we do offer international shipping 

• Carriers: We primarily ship via major freight carriers specialized in large items (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or RL Carriers) due to the size and weight of e-bikes. Smaller accessories may ship via standard parcel services (e.g., USPS, UPS Ground).

3. Shipping Costs & Options

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location.

• Transparent Pricing: Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Free Shipping: We are proud to offer STANDARD SHIPPING on all e-bike orders 

• Expedited Shipping: Need your ride faster? Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These options and their prices will be displayed at checkout if available for your location.

• PO Boxes & Remote Areas: Please note that we ship e-bikes to P.O. Boxes. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional charges or require special arrangement.
